Per is the owner of an advisory company, supporting businesses in the event and restaurant sector, and is also the founder and manager of a concert & event planning company for more than 10 years.
Helena Constantinou is a graduate of UCN University in Aalborg, Denmark with studies in Service, Hospitality and Tourism Management. Helena has significant experience in HO.RE.CA sector as an investor in the hospitality sector and has been a core member of the JK Poulsen Invest & Real Estate consulting team in Dubai.
Sále Malek has a Master in Economics at Aalborg University, Denmark. Sále has been involved for more than 30 years in the investment and real estate field. He was the co-founder of investment companies in Denmark and Dubai, focusing on Real Estate and Private Equity and was a member of the board of Danish Business Council Dubai. Sále joined JK Poulsen Invest & Real Estate as GM of its Dubai branch in 2014.
Chrysanthi Sfarna holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a Master in International Management from King's College London. Chrysanthi has experience in architectural studies and construction, while she has also worked as a business consultant with a focus on investment advisory and real estate in multinational companies in Greece and Switzerland.
Ilia Floridi holds a degree in Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MBA in Communication and Public Relations from the European University of Barcelona. She has experience in the real estate sector as a legal consultant in international companies, having been extensively involved in due diligence, drafting of purchase contracts, construction contracts, lease agreements and has successfully mediated in commercial real estate agreements.
Thanos Tsitouras is a graduate of Business Administration from the University of Piraeus and holds a Master in Shipping Business from the University of Plymouth. He also holds a Diploma in Supply Chain from BCA College of Athens. He has many years of professional experience in the field of sales and has worked as an investment consultant to companies in Athens and Dubai in the field of stock market.
Sotiria Efthimiou, has been an executive in most banking institutions in Greece. With 20 years of experience in the banking sector (mortgage management, real estate department) she offers real estate services in the most reliable and professional way. Specializing in the precise assessment of the commercial value of real estate, she guarantees the fastest possible and most efficient mediation for the purchase, sale, leasing, and general management of properties.
Nora Delidimou holds a diploma in Architectural Engineering from National Technical University of Athens. She has extensive experience in all stages of architectural design, permitting and supervision of new construction projects and renovations. She has undertaken high-end residential and hospitality projects in Athens and the Greek islands, as well as diverse workspaces with a focus on sustainable design.
Basil Malek is a graduate of Saint Catherine's British Embassy School, with studies in Business Management, and is a current intern at JK Poulsen. Basil has significant experience with Social Media marketing and has launched his own project supporting stray cats.
